TRU is hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to support analytics, automation, and credit risk initiatives in a fast-growing fintech environment. The role combines hands-on Python/SQL development with practical problem-solving across data, automation, and internal tooling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize SQL queries, data models, and datasets for reporting and analytics.
  • Develop Python pipelines and scripts for data processing and automation.
  • Create and maintain small internal web apps or microservices (Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
  • Support credit risk analytics, including scorecards, segment insights, and portfolio monitoring.
