Role ObjectivesThe Data Entry Specialist is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining the manufacturing data accurately in the company systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Accurately enter production, inventory, or customer data into internal systems.
Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
Identify and correct data entry errors.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Support reporting and data extraction as needed by other departments.
Coordinate with production, logistics, or finance teams to ensure consistency in records.
Perform general administrative duties related to data documentation.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in office administration or related field is a plus.
Experience in data entry or clerical work (1+ year preferred).
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Basic knowledge of inventory or production data (for manufacturing environments) is a plus.
