Responsibilities Working on the new Lay’s/Chipsy new VIS which inquires more senior level and more experience considering the complexity and importance of the project. Create innovative design proposals that encompass strategies and concepts to effectively represent the intended outcome. Lead research initiatives to precisely understand customer needs and transform them into actionable design requirements, confidently executing those requirements into impactful design solutions. Work alongside the Design Manager, marketing teams, insights teams, and global design to manage the visual identity for designated brands within the portfolio. Being part of the process of final design recommendations, decisions, and design approval to facilitate artwork execution and production phases, ensuring comprehensive consideration of all project variables and the intended performance of the final excution. Having good knowledge of design execution process and printing cababilities and systems. Works on medium and long term complex projects. Following with business partners and design managers and stakeholders on a daily basis. Guiding interns & junior team members to elevate their skills and responsibilities Qualifications 5 yrs + work experience Extraordinary design taste and skill Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe Creative Suite software Strong design management skills Having good presentation skills Works well with others to deliver results; keeps others informed at all times Proficiency in oral and written English Proficiency in local language from Egypt is preferred Capability to develop and visualize concepts through hand sketching or computer software.
