The Developers' Relationship Admin plays a crucial role in supporting the Developers' Relationship team by managing communications, coordinating schedules, and maintaining documentation related to developer interactions.
This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and fostering positive relationships with real estate developers.
Assist in managing communications between the company and real estate developers.
Coordinate schedules and logistics for meetings, presentations, and events with developers.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with developers, including contracts, agreements, and communication logs.
Support the negotiation process by preparing and organizing necessary documentation.
Prepare reports and presentations for the Developers' Relationship team as needed.
Assist in tracking and monitoring commissions and payments from developers.
Work closely with the collection team to ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
Help in resolving any administrative issues that arise with developers or within the team.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and support for developer-related initiatives.
Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of company processes and developer relationships.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a real estate or customer service environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
