Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Your responsibilities will include managing social media platforms, executing email marketing campaigns, creating performance reports, and collaborating with the creative team to produce compelling content. You’ll also analyze data to ensure strategies are effective and aligned with the company’s objectives. + Strategy Development:
+ Define and execute a digital marketing strategy for Sylndr’s new mobile app and website, focused on driving app downloads, increasing website traffic, and enhancing user engagement.|

Target Audience Analysis:


+ Conduct a demographic and preference-based analysis to determine the app and website’s target audience.
+

Social Media and Content Management:


+ Develop a content calendar for both the website and social media channels to improve visibility, engagement, and web traffic.
+ Suggest key social media platforms to prioritize and create a growth plan to increase engagement and followers.
+

User Acquisition Flow Design:


+ Map out a user acquisition funnel from awareness to app download or website visit, identifying suitable marketing channels for each funnel stage.
+

Campaign Management:


+ Plan and execute one paid advertising campaign for app and website promotion, choosing appropriate platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook).
+ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, click-through rates, or app downloads for tracking campaign effectiveness.
+

Creative Development:


+ Propose creative concepts for social media graphics and ad assets to attract the target audience, emphasizing the app and website’s benefits.
+

Performance Metrics and Improvement:


+ Monitor success metrics like app downloads, website traffic, and engagement rates to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest iterative improvements.

Tools Required:


+ Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and a social media scheduling platform for campaign management and scheduling.

Who You Are



+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing , Business).
+ 1-2 years of experience.
+ Familiarity with digital marketing strategies aimed at user acquisition and brand engagement, with some hands-on experience in campaign execution for mobile apps or websites.
+ Basic experience in creating and following a content calendar to grow engagement and visibility on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
+ Ability to generate simple ad concepts and social media content tailored to engage the target audience.
