Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our partner Mazaya Retail Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce operations, managing digital sales channels, and optimizing commercial strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
What you’ll be doing:
-Managing a team of 15-20 people (First Mile, Fulfilment Center & Last Mile) for 10 brands with 10 different websites.
-Allocating orders to shipping companies / company couriers based on Service, Returns, Geography & Cost.
-Communicating with the Commercial team to grasp future activities (promotions, new launches) to be prepared from Operational POV.
-Flagging Near Expiry items in Fulfilment center to Commercial team to put action plan for depletion.
-Setting orders priorities in case of capacity constraints.
-Negotiating Contracts with third parties (such as shipping companies, fulfilment centers, etc.).
-Monthly action plan to enhance scorecard results.
-Continuous improvement to supply chain design (more responsive, less cost).
-Identify supply chain bottlenecks and expand accordingly using all possible digitization methods.
-Setting KPIs/Scorecard for each team member.
-Setting Operations team weekly schedule
