Job Overview The EdTech Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of educational content, instructors’ delivery, and learning experiences across iSchool’s programs.
This role acts as a bridge between the education, content, and operations teams to monitor quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate the quality of educational content, sessions, and learning materials.
Review recorded sessions and live classes to ensure alignment with iSchool’s quality standards.
Ensure instructors follow approved curricula, lesson plans, and delivery guidelines.
Collect and analyze student feedback, assessments, and quality-related metrics.
Identify gaps in content delivery, learning outcomes, or engagement and report findings.
Coordinate with instructors, content developers, and education managers to address quality issues.
Support onboarding and quality training for instructors and education team members.
Maintain quality documentation, checklists, and reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in education, EdTech, quality assurance, or academic coordination.
