1. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

  • ·       Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical, plumbing, and electromechanical systems.
  • ·       Monitor and maintain landscaping equipment and systems (irrigation, lighting, etc.).
  • ·       Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and within safety guidelines.

  • ·       Submit periodic reports to the Facilities Manager highlighting maintenance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

4. Compliance and Safety

  • ·        Ensure all maintenance works comply with relevant codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  • ·       Conduct risk assessments for all activities and maintain safety documentation.
  • ·       Support the implementation of energy-saving and sustainability practices.
