Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring an Engineer (Manufacturing) .

What will you do:

•          Follow up the quality of products and be sure it is compatible with quality policy of the company and specifications.
•          Reviewing and monitoring the packaging & raw materials requirements and availability against the production plans.
•         Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently and maximize productivity of machinery and workers
•         plan and coordinate production engineering processes on a daily basis to produce high-quality products.
•         Supervise, evaluate and train production line workers
•          Investigate problems, analyze root causes and develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
•         - Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
•          Collaborate with the operations team to implement process changes and new technologies to streamline manufacturing.
•          Develop and maintain production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
•         Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
•         Oversee the preventative maintenance program for all production equipment.
•          Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment operation, maintenance, and quality control.
•          Collect and analyze production metrics such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate to identify areas for improvement.
•         Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Document processes, create reports, and communicate findings to managers.
