Job Description:
· We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ESP Field Engineer to join our team. As an ESP Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services related to Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) in the field of Oil & Gas. ·
Key Responsibilities:
● Install, commission, and maintain Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems at client oilfield sites. ·
● Conduct field diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of ESP equipment to ensure optimal performance. ·
● Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute ESP deployment and intervention activities. ·
● Monitor ESP system performance, collect operational data, and prepare detailed technical reports. ·
● Ensure all field operations comply with safety standards and company policies. ·
● Train and mentor junior field technicians and engineers on ESP installation and maintenance procedures. ·
● Liaise with engineering and product support teams to resolve complex technical issues. ·
● Maintain accurate records of field activities, equipment usage, and maintenance schedules. ·
● Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. ·
● Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance field processes and equipment reliability.
