Job Description

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls while utilizing available data to market all Aman microfinance products
  • Conduct financial analysis of clients to assess their creditworthiness
  • Review client documentation in accordance with each financing tier
  • Communicate and follow up with Aman branch specialists to ensure the timely issuance of financing for referred clients
  • Determine credit limits based on submitted documents to establish the financing amount and the client's repayment capacity
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise in daily operations
