About the job Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and analyzing data for companys operational costs (operation orders)
  • Setting, Developing and analyzing standard costs depending on feedback.
  • Establishing costs allocation for all business processes such as materials, labor and other administration costs,
  • Manage and coordinate the key financial measures (revenue, gross profit, expense, profit and cash), and also advise on cost reducing techniques
  • Check costs, allocations assigned with Trial balance to ensure accuracy of his/her recordings.
  • comparing the company's performance across different periods to gain insights into its financial health
  • Track receivables, follow up customer collections, report discrepancies
  • Preparing control reports and presenting their findings to management
  • Coordinating with warehouse, purchasing and sales staff to manage inventory levels, forecasting supply needs based on trends and demand patterns
  • Processing and documenting, invoicing damaged inventory and coordinating repairs or disposal
  • Using inventory management software and systems to track and analyze inventory trends and performance
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Master data creation for Profit centers and Cost centers on ERP SAP system

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • One to three years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using SAP is preferred.
