Job Description
The Flutter Team Leader will oversee the mobile development team responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and efficient mobile applications using the Flutter framework. This role requires strong technical expertise in Flutter, leadership skills to guide a team of developers, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Flutter developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Flutter development and mobile technologies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Flutter. Previous experience in a leadership or team management role is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dart and Flutter, with a deep understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns. Experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Previous experience in an EdTech or similar industry.
