Role Scope

The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can translate financial data into meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decisions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analyses against budgets and forecasts
  • Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand cost drivers and business performance
  • Provide analytical support for business initiatives and operational improvements
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role (manufacturing experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
