MSK is a trusted importer of premium tires and car batteries, committed to delivering top-quality products that ensure your vehicle runs smoothly and safely.Overview: Will oversee financial records, reconciliations, cost analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, ensuring tax compliance, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to support decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all company transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledgers, and other financial statements.
- Analyze costs associated with imports, and logistics operations to ensure profitability and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of VAT returns, customs duties, and other tax-related documents in accordance with local regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare the company’s budget and provide financial forecasts to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies while working closely with external auditors and tax authorities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting or any related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in the same position.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
Working Conditions:- Working hours: From Sunday to Thursday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
- 2 days off : Friday & Saturday
- Location: Garden City
