We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join Group Communication team in the capacity of Graphic Designer & Animator.


Overview of the role
As part of our initiative to build a world-class global design team in Egypt and other parts of the region, we are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer & Animator. This role is essential in supporting our global operations, which span more than 20 countries, by creating impactful visual content that resonates with our diverse audience.


We need designers who are flexible, agile, and capable of taking on both small and large projects with the same level of passion and creativity. The ideal candidate is self-driven, excited about both static and animated design, and adept at integrating AI-powered tools to produce visually stunning content for various platforms. You will have the opportunity to shape and influence our creative direction, working in an entrepreneurial setup that encourages innovation and making a tangible difference.


Leveraging AI tools is a crucial component of this role, allowing us to push creative boundaries and enhance our design workflows. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to elevate our creative content across the board.


What you will do


  • Design visually compelling graphics and animations for websites, social media, and internal communication platforms using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Blender for 3D animation.
  • Utilize AI design tools such as RunwayML, Artbreeder, or Adobe Sensei to streamline and enhance creative processes, ensuring efficiency and top-quality outputs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, animation, and AI-driven tools to incorporate cutting-edge techniques and innovation into the design process.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and content teams to produce high-quality visual storytelling that aligns with the company’s global branding and strategic objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of all outputs that meet the organization’s quality standards.

What equips you for the role


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and animation, with a strong portfolio that showcases expertise and creativity in both static and animated content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Blender, and Cinema 4D.
  • Experience with AI-powered design tools such as RunwayML, Artbreeder, or Adobe Sensei to optimize workflows and elevate creative outputs.
  • Previous experience working in global consultancies, agencies, or multinational corporations is highly preferred.
  • Intrinsically motivated and passionate about pushing creative boundaries and going the extra mile to deliver exceptional visual content.
