Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Director. The Group Marketing Director leads and oversees the organization's marketing strategy across multiple divisions and locations regions. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing market presence, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. The director works collaboratively with senior leadership, sales, and product teams to maximize customer engagement and revenue. The job is fully on remote basis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy - In collaboration with the country CEOs and BUs heads,
- Develop and support the execution of the overarching marketing strategy that aligns with the Group’s goals and corporate values while addressing the needs and peculiarities of individual countries and business units.
- Develop the Value Proposition and core differentiators at a Group Level and for each BU and Service/Solution.
- Support in the cascading of the same internally across the organization levels, to have a unified comprehension and communication of the same.
Market Analysis, segmentation and competition analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis across multiple sectors (existing/new), ensuring a deep understanding of market trends, customer behaviors, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Constantly assess and monitor new growth sectors that may be compelling and have strategic value for the Group/country to consider focusing on, with what P&S, and by when.
- Based on the above, provide recommendations to the leadership regarding the most important trends and factors that may impact our business, and proposed actions.
- Support the Group divisions and BSs in market/customer segmentation and defining the evolving customer needs.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities, differentiators, and product offerings.
- Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Provide guidance to Market Growth on a Group and Entity levels:
- Identify opportunities for market expansion across existing and new sectors and orchestrate growth initiatives across the organization’s entities and divisions.
- Orchestrate the development of the Go-To-Market strategy for new sectors/segments, in collaboration with the respective country CEOs and BUs heads.
New product development and Customer Journey process:
- Develop a unified process for new P&S development across the Group.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, across the BUs, sales, product development, finance, and customer service teams, to implement and optimize the product development life cycle and customer journey.
Brand positioning and development:
- Develop the overarching corporate brand positioning, values, identity and story.
- This shall be done in a way that communicates a unified brand story for the Group, yet allows adaptability for each specific country, ensuring the brand’s messaging resonates with the different target segments/audience while maintaining consistency.
- Develop the branding guidelines and ensure consistent brand deployment across all entities and divisions.
- Support in the cascading of the same internally to all employees across all organization’s functions and levels, to have a unified comprehension and communication of our brand story.
Communication and public relations:
- Brand Storytelling - Ensure delivery of a compelling and impactful story of our brand, strengths, achievements, and core differentiators.
- Develop the P&S catalogue across the Group entities, whilst ensuring to cater for and customize as relevant to each country
- Ensure that the company website is compelling, engaging, reflecting professional look, feel and content, and well presents our vision, story, values, and differentiators.
- Support the Country BUs commercial teams with marketing materials, pitch decks, sales kits, etc. (in collaboration with BUs heads)
- Manage online marketing efforts, across all digital media platforms.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners
- Oversee public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation.
Commercial Support:
- Provide support to the country Commercial teams, by providing a unified, inspiring and impactful “pitch-deck” to new clients, that can be adapted to each country’s specific client’s P&S, needs and requirements.
- Provide support on specific strategic client engagements/proposals with respect to furnishing important and relevant market information, insights, research, that shall assist the commercial team to have successful outcomes.
Customer Experience Guidelines:
- Define the guidelines, best practices, SLAs and that group entities and BUs apply and adhere to when engaging with customers across the end-to-end customer journey; to ensure delivery of exceptional, seamless, and consistent experiences in line with our brand promise and values.
