Job Description

NAOS Talents is seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Marketing to drive successful digital marketing strategies across Africa for the Student placement and IELTS business. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in marketing and a passion for digital technologies.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies


  • Manage a team of digital marketers with an innovative approach


  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the overall digital strategy for the region


  • Drive digital marketing efforts to achieve business goals


  • Oversee various digital marketing channels and measure ROI and KPIs


  • Work closely with webmasters and SEO teams to optimize online presence


  • Manage regional Expo events from a digital perspective


  • Enhance lead conversion through collaboration with marketing operation managers in multiple countries


  • Supervise social media accounts and online content


  • Analyze SEO and Google Analytics data to inform strategies


  • Develop an inbound marketing plan


  • Research competitors and provide recommendations for improvement



  • 7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies


  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice


  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media


  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices


  • Familiarity with web design


  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success


  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills


  • Team player


  • Good time-management skills


  • Excellent people management skills
