The HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the HRBP Manager in aligning HR strategies with business goals. They act as a point of contact for employees in their assigned department(s), ensuring HR initiatives are effectively implemented.
The HRBP contributes to talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning while maintaining compliance with company policies and labour laws.
