Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring HR Supervisor.
As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies to support employee wellness, managing talent acquisition, and driving engagement initiatives. You will also provide essential HR support to employees, ensuring smooth onboarding, effective performance management, and compliance with internal policies and governmental regulations.
Manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process Manage the onboarding process, including new joiner induction and orientation Provide HR support and timely advice to employees, clearly explaining policies and procedures Manage and analyze exit interviews, gathering insights to improve retention Conduct learning needs analyses to guide employee development initiatives Oversee the performance management process, including job description creation, objective setting, and evaluations Plan and execute employee engagement and employer branding activities Oversee HR operations, including payroll and personnel administration Manage relationships with government entities “social insurance, tax authority, and labor office”

Skills



What You Will Need:
5 to 7 years of HR experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field HR Certification is a must Proficiency in advanced English Strong numerical and analytical skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience in conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process Familiarity with payroll operations and personnel administration Competence in internal communication, including Canva design for employee communications Experience with HR systems, preferably Oracle Proven experience managing government-related HR requirements (e.g., social insurance, tax authority, labor office)
