Responsibilities Apply research and analytics tools for Libya, Algeria & Sudan to understand ongoing in-market performance of our brands, categories, and competitors Lead the exploratory work for business expansion in Tunisia Develop an insights plan/choice of agencies for all consumer work that is done in North Africa Work with sector insights to develop strategy plan for both Beverages and snacks in North Africa Deliver Market Assessment for snacks expansion in Algeria Lead the development and activation of growth strategies and positioning for our brands and categories Support the development of consumer-centric brand campaign ideas, marketing programs and "refresh" Innovation ideas in partnership with cross-functional teams and agency partners. Manage the data sharing forums with bottlers in key markets Qualifications A minimum of 8 year of experience in Research Agencies, FMCG/Multinationals in insights department Bachelor degree in business administration Strong Microsoft skills Analytical mind and attention to detail High organization skills Team player with a positive attitude Fast learner and hard worker Sets & establishes priorities
