Job Description

Expected Job Role
  • Investor Relations and Communication:
    • Act as the primary liaison for current and potential investors, providing timely updates and insights on investment performance.
    • Prepare and present regular investment reports, updates, and forecasts tailored to investor needs.
    • Handle all investor inquiries, ensuring they are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Investment Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct periodic reviews of portfolio performance, analyzing trends and variances to ensure alignment with investor expectations.
    • Work with the finance and investment teams to produce detailed reports on construction project investment performance and market opportunities.
    • Identify potential risks and opportunities in the portfolio, providing actionable recommendations to enhance investment value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, construction project managers, and senior management.
    • Facilitate investor visits, meetings, and calls, ensuring productive communication and engagement.
    • Collaborate with the portfolio management team to ensure project updates, timelines, and outcomes are aligned with investor expectations.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, construction market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to investors.
    • Monitor external market trends that could impact Heibco Construction’s portfolio and advise management accordingly.
  • Investment Strategy Support:
    • Assist in shaping Heibco Construction’s investment strategy by gathering and analyzing investor feedback and aligning it with portfolio objectives.
    • Support the development of targeted investment pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective investors.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure all investor-related documentation, reports, and disclosures are compliant with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of all investor communications and transactions.
Main Competencies 
  • Fluent in English, Arabic and in both verbal and writing
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly tone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Working conditions
  • From Sunday to Thursday 9:00AM to 5:00PM 
  • Weekends: Friday & Saturday
  • Work location: New Cairo
