Job description

  • Working closely with project managers to ensure project needs, resources and timelines are fulfilled.
  • Ensure successful projects execution according to established objectives, timelines, and costs.
  • Collaborate with the project managers to define project goals and establish a plan to achieve them using Project Management tools.
  • Coordinating the schedule, issues and budget of the project, and reporting on the current state ofthe project to company executives.
  • Maintain the required documentation (Scope Documents, Status Reports, BRD & Meeting Minutes).
  • ​Analyzing data and producing efficient dashboards and reports to top management to highlight the project’s position.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Project and Program Management or any similar field.
  • Strong understanding of managing Transformation programs.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision and Project)
  • Good experience of working in matrix organization
  • Banking experience preferred but not mandatory.
