Key Responsibilities & Job Description
1. Design, deploy, and manage EC2 instances.
2. Serve as BO L1 / Second Line of Support for the platform, handling escalated incidents and complex troubleshooting from Front Office teams.
3. Configure and troubleshoot IPsec, SSL VPN, and MPLS connections for customers.
4. Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, WSUS and security patching.
5. Manage cloud networking components such as VPCs, VPN Gateways, Security Groups, NAT Gateways (Public/Private), and ELB.
6. Implement and maintain proxy servers for domain management and internet access.
7. Automate tasks using PowerShell or Python scripting for Windows Server administration.
8. Ensure platform security through proper configuration of firewalls, security groups, and compliance with CMDP concepts.
9. Collaborate with customers to install required applications/software for network access.
10. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for connectivity, performance, and security issues.
11. Document configurations, processes, and procedures for team reference.
12. Participate in shift rotations (day/night) and be available for on-call support as needed to maintain service continuity.

Required Skills & Experience




Must-Have Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Cloud EC2 Concepts and related services (VPC, ELB, VPN Gateway).
Strong knowledge of IPsec, SSL VPN, and MPLS design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, updates, security patching , WSUS ).
Experience with cloud networking concepts (Security Groups, NAT Gateway, Public/Private NAT).
Familiarity with proxy server management (adding/removing domains, configuring internet access).
Knowledge of CMDP concepts and cloud infrastructure best practices.
Ability to write PowerShell Or Python scripts for task automation.
Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
Experience installing and configuring customer-required applications/software.



Have a Good Communication Skills to can Communicate with our Customers
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Huawei Cloud services and tools or AWS .
Certifications such as HCIA, HCIP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA , MCSA , or equivalent.
Familiarity with Linux administration is a plus.

Years of Experience
Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, network administration, and Windows Server management.
At least 1 years of experience working with Huawei Cloud or similar cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proven experience in designing and troubleshooting Network solutions (IPsec, SSL VPN, MPLS).
