Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Data Domain systems at client sites.
Experience in Avamar, Networker and Veritas.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Data Domain systems, including identifying and resolving issues.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement solutions for Data Domain system upgrades, performance optimizations, and capacity planning.
Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements and create customized configurations for Data Domain systems.
Perform regular system health checks, monitor system performance, and proactively identify and address potential issues.
Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and incident reports.
Assist in training clients on the effective use and administration of Data Domain systems.
Stay updated on the latest Data Domain technologies and best practices.

EMC/3rd party backup solutions integration with Data Domain (DDBoost/CIFS)
