Our hotel is connected to a shopping mall, it has 154 rooms including 31 Suites, 30 Beach Suites and 6 Villas with private pools, a private beach, a sea water infinity beach pool and a heated indoor pool, Spa and Fitness Center, and 10 food and beverage venues including an open-air 350 seat beach restaurant.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><i><u>About the role: </u></i></b></p><p>Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is looking for a Kitchen Laundry Technician who can <span>receive intensive training in troubleshooting, technical procedures, and safety</span></p><p></p><p><b><i><u>What will you do</u></i></b> :</p><p>1. The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.</p><p>2. The ability to provide service under the supervision of the Chief engineer, and repairs as outlined in the Technical Skills List, for plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, and refrigeration.</p><p>3. The ability to provide piping and plumbing repairs and maintenance to HVAC water systems, pumping systems, kitchen and associated equipment throughout the entire building.</p><p>4. The ability to install piping for renovations, plumbing fixture additions, water distribution and associated systems, utilizing torches, welders, pipe threading equipment etc.</p><p>5. The ability to assist in providing preventative maintenance of all Laundry equipment and updating of appropriate logs.</p><p>6. The ability to clean all stations in Engineering and maintain a neat and organized department.</p><p>7. The ability to respond to all guest complaints regarding the maintenance of their room or public area in a timely manner.</p><p>8. The ability to perform preventative maintenance in guestrooms and public areas.</p><p></p><p><b><i><u>What will you bring:</u></i></b></p><p>1. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language is highly desirable.</p><p>2. Two years Technical trade school or previous similar work experience with</p><p>extensive kitchen equipments experience.</p><p>3. High School graduate.</p><p>4.
