point for complex incidents from L1 and L2 engineers, ensuring timely root cause analysis and resolution within SLAs.</td></tr><tr style="height:16.5pt;" height="22"><td class="xl68" style="height:16.5pt;" height="22">Lead routine system health checks, performance tuning, and optimization of network and security devices.</td></tr><tr style="height:16.5pt;" height="22"><td class="xl68" style="height:16.5pt;" height="22">Drive technical and management escalations, ensuring progress toward resolution and customer satisfaction.</td></tr><tr style="height:16.5pt;" height="22"><td class="xl68" style="height:16.5pt;" height="22">Provide advanced remote support and change management assistance to customers on a 24x7 basis as required.</td></tr><tr style="height:16.5pt;" height="22"><td class="xl68" style="height:16.5pt;" height="22">Oversee service incidents and changes, assessing risk and implementing requests through change management tools.</td></tr><tr style="height:16.5pt;" height="22"><td class="xl68" style="height:16.5pt;" height="22">Perform advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and design preventive measures for recurring issues.</td></tr><tr style="height:16.5pt;" height="22"><td class="xl68" style="height:16.5pt;" height="22">Validate and implement solution releases (changes, upgrades, updates, patches, migrations) with minimal disruption.</td></tr><tr style="height:16.5pt;" height="22"><td class="xl68" style="height:16.5pt;" height="22">Manage vendor communication for complex problems, patches, and maintenance, acting as Technical Assistance Center (TAC) lead.</td></tr><tr style="height:16.5pt;" height="22"><td class="xl68" style="height:16.5pt;" height="22">Ensure adherence to customer SLAs for incident, change, and problem management.</td></tr><tr style="height:16.5pt;" height="22"><td class="xl68" style="height:16.5pt;" height="22">Mentor and guide junior engineers (L1/L2), promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.</td></tr><tr style="height:16.5pt;" height="22"><td class="xl68" style="height:16.5pt;" height="22">Participate in infrastructure improvement projects and
