Overview of the role:


The Landscape Manager oversees the City Landscape of the company or organization in a bid to make them operate as efficiently as possible. Landscape and Irrigation coaching and daily in-site instruction for Landscape service providers.


What you will do:


  • Manage & supervise all basic services required as per standards & set plans.
  • Implement water-saving instructions to give plants optimum requirements to save water costs and to raise landscape quality.
  • Provide support for activities and events taking place in the city.
  • Provide all operation procedures to ensure proper safety precautions for all on-ground activities.
  • Following up and managing service providers for all work procedures to ensure continuous enhancements in the city’s image. 
  • Supervise and/or assist in special projects as requested with full coordination with other related departments.
  • Assist in updating procedure manuals and resources as well as managing the landscape section budget to ensure utilization of available resources.
  • Participate/implement initiatives that directly impact on the landscape image as replacement of non-preforming plants & plantation of new plant species.

Required Skills to be successful:


  • Minimum 10 years in well-reputed large Companies preferably real estate developers in the field of Landscape and Irrigation

What equips you for the role:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering
  • Qualified Horticulture background with strong leadership, good communication skills, and Hands-on Experience in all horticulture activities & related works.
  • Experience in handling emergency cases and conduct communications in a calm manner.
  • The ability to well perform under stress.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
