Job Description

What you’ll do
The Pre-Sales Specialist demonstrates technical product expertise and delivers pre-sales advice and administration to both the internal sales teams and to the customer during the pre-sale phase related to off-the shelf customer solutions and acts as a point of contact for general queries for Vodafone Business customers. Typically reports to the Senior Pre-Sales Manager.

Job Profile
  • Generating/increasing revenues: Existing/new accounts in specific industry/segment/territory through technically support selling VF products, services & solutions.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with Enterprise customers to understand their business requirements and design tailored fixed connectivity solutions. Develop technical proposals and solution blueprints that address Enterprise customers challenges while aligning with organizational capabilities.
  • Technical Consultation: Act as the primary technical advisor to the sales team, supporting them in Enterprise customers engagements. Lead technical discussions, presentations, and demonstrations to articulate the value of proposed solutions.
  • Market and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in fixed connectivity. Provide feedback to the products team regarding market needs and Enterprise customers requirements.
  • Process and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of presales activities, proposals, and Enterprise customers interactions. Develop and update technical documentation, including solution overviews and case studies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with Enterprise customers to establish trust and drive long-term partnerships. Participate in Enterprise customers workshops and discovery sessions to refine requirements.


Competencies and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in presales or technical sales roles within the telecom or IT sector.
  • Certifications such as CCNA or equivalent are a plus.
  • Very good understanding in Vodafone Mobile & fixed connectivity solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
