Role Objectives


The Launch Specialist will identify and evaluate potential locations for Breadfast's growth, managing contract negotiations and maintaining relationships with brokers and facility owners. This role involves coordinating project delivery, ensuring operational requirements are met, and facilitating effective communication across teams.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Find new methods of searching for the best possible locations for Breadfast expansion targets, arranging visits for recommended potential


  • Ensure all contract negotiations, terms and signatures are done in accordance with Breadfast guidelines


  • Maintain good relations with brokers and facility owners, deliver new contracts, renewals and terminations


  • Ensure all payment receipts are delivered to owners and suppliers monthly by assigning team members to groups of owners.


  • Perform duties according to the launch process for each facility type


  • Execute the delivery of each facility in terms of finalizing operational requirements and handing over to the operating department, i.e operations, production, quality, etc.


  • Communicate and coordinate with external suppliers for installment schedules and site delivery


  • Maintain high levels of communication with Operations, quality assurance and facilities teams for complete delivery of projects.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a related area.


  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.


  • Previous experience in project management, demonstrating ownership.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to contributing to the team
