About the Role: We're looking for a highly experienced and strategic Lead Data Scientist to lead our growing team.
You will be responsible for defining the overall AI strategy for delivering a roadmap, leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, and mentoring a team of talented data scientists.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall AI strategy for a complete line of business roadmap.
Lead a team of data scientists to execute and deliver the roadmap.
Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning models for multiple use-cases.
Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
Measure and communicate the value and impact of AI initiatives to the organization.
Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI and machine learning, ensuring Banque Misr remains a leader in the field.
Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in Data Science with 2+ years of leadership experience Extensive experience in developing and implementing of complex AI applications.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data engineering.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Significant relevant experience in the applied AI in the financial sector or other relevant lines of business.
Ability to work effectively in a complex and dynamic environment.
Desirable Skills: ·       M.
Sc. in related field is a plus.
·       Understands trade-offs between model accuracy, business impact, and deployment speed Experience with MLOps principles and tools.
Experience with different data platforms.
