About the Role: We're looking for a highly experienced and strategic Lead Data Scientist to lead our growing team. You will be responsible for defining the overall AI strategy for delivering a roadmap, leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, and mentoring a team of talented data scientists. • Develop and execute the overall AI strategy for a complete line of business roadmap.
• Lead a team of data scientists to execute and deliver the roadmap.

• Measure and communicate the value and impact of AI initiatives to the organization.
