Job Purpose
To drive the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and target new clients and business opportunities
Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
Achieve assigned revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
Promote the companys services by addressing or anticipating client objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1–4 years of experience in business development or sales
Fluency in English is a must
Strong motivation to work with targets and KPIs
