This fast-growing company is on a mission to revolutionize beauty retail in the region, and we’re searching for a Logistics Coordinator who thrives on operational excellence and KPI-driven results.

Responsibilities:
- Logistics and Partner Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers, 3PL providers, and vendors to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Fulfillment and Dispatch Oversight:
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are placed, processed, and delivered seamlessly.
- Manage internal dispatch operations to minimize delays and improve efficiency.
KPI Optimization:
- Track and drive operational KPIs, including:
- Order fail rate minimization
- Order volume growth
- Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)
- Increasing basket size
- Order-to-delivery conversion rates
- Proactively address bottlenecks in the supply chain to hit monthly and quarterly goals.
Problem Solving and Process Improvement:
- Monitor logistics processes and implement strategies to enhance speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
