  • Receive truck and driver data from the Fleet Coordinator and schedule daily trips according to operational plans.


  • Coordinate with drivers and monitor truck movements to ensure adherence to schedules and on-time delivery.


  • Communicate with customers to confirm pickup and delivery times, resolving any delays or issues promptly.


  • Track trips using monitoring systems or daily reports and prepare operational performance reports for management.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges (delays, breakdowns, or road disruptions) in coordination with drivers and the Fleet Coordinator to maintain service levels.


  • Provide regular updates to management and customers regarding trip status and key operational insights.


  • Act as a key liaison between customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.


  • Contribute to improving daily operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.



RequirementsQualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar role, ideally within a trucking/transportation environment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Familiarity with logistics management systems or transportation software is an advantage.
