Your role and responsibilities:


  • Responsible for order processing of Instruments and RCO business and on time delivery to customers.
  • Responsible for execution of invoicing for Instruments and RCO business.
  • Performs back-order processing (e.g., verification of balance between order and delivery, alignment with Business Management, Customer communication, processing of shortfalls).
  • Responsible for customer complaint process
  • Assist in Inventory planning and forecasting.
  • Monitor stock and expiries to minimise scrapping of reagents.
  • Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.

Your expertise and qualifications:


  • Minimum of 7 years in similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Laboratory or Medical Sciences, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP in OTC/logistics or similar systems.
  • Preferred background in diagnostics, healthcare, or the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Excellent English and Arabic speaking are mandatory.

  • Proven experience in overseeing and managing inventory systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and guide projects to successful completion.
