Role Objectives


The Maintenance Lead will oversee the maintenance of production and electrical equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations within the facility. This role includes managing repair activities, leading the maintenance team, and providing training to new members while maintaining compliance with engineering standards.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment


  • Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule


  • Perform and supervise maintenance-related repairs


  • Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility


  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment


  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in various situations.


  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering or a related field is preferred.


  • Solid understanding of maintenance engineering standards and testing techniques.
