Accountabilities
This role focuses on developing strategies to improve Market Access for specific brands by creating value stories with cross-functional teams and enhancing patient access across healthcare sectors. Key tasks include gathering insights from payers, adapting value propositions to local needs, and identifying opportunities to expand access. It requires staying updated on healthcare policies and tailoring communication for different payer types. The role also involves partnering with health authorities, understanding competitor strategies, and working on prelaunch plans to optimize product value. Additionally, it emphasizes fostering team inclusion and effective communication.
Essential Skills/Experience
- At least three years of experience in Pharmaceutical Company
- At least two years of Key Accounts Management / Market Access Experience
- Biologics/Specialty experience is a must
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Health Economics educational background is preferred.
