Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for mechanical plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems, adhering to project specifications and standards.
• Ensure accurate and clash-free design models by coordinating with other disciplines such as architecture, structural, and electrical.
• Lead coordination meetings with stakeholders to review and resolve design conflicts.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to align designs with project goals and deadlines.
• Perform detailed calculations for plumbing systems (e.g., pipe sizing, flow rates, and pressure drop).
•  Analyze and ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
• 1-4 Years of experience in the same field.
• Previous experience in designing HVAC or plumbing (Hospitals, admin buildings) .
• Well organized and efficient, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving.
• Excellent in using AutoCAD + Revit + hap + Elite.          

Work Conditions:
- Working Days: Sunday- Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM
- Days Off: Friday- Saturday
- Location: Mohandseen
