Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MS CRM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, both on-premise and cloud versions, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions that meet our clients' business needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • MS CRM Configuration & Customization:
  • Design and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise and cloud).
  • Configure CRM forms, workflows, plugins, custom entities, and dashboards.
  • Customize and extend CRM functionalities using CRM SDK and JavaScript.
  • Data Management & Integration:
  • Perform data migration between different systems using SSIS, KingswaySoft, or other data integration tools.
  • Develop custom reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems using tools like Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
  • SQL Server Management:
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from CRM databases.
  • Optimize SQL queries for performance and troubleshoot any database-related issues.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics CRM.
  • Assist in CRM updates, patches, and upgrades (both on-premise and cloud).
  • Monitor and maintain CRM system health and performance.
  • Training & Documentation:
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and configurations.
  • Create user manuals and system documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with business analysts and project managers to understand business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM with other systems.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
