Bayantech is excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer within our organization. This role aims to bridge the gap between junior and senior designers, providing a platform for growth while contributing significantly to the enhancement of user-friendly and visually striking designs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience of our products and services. Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital interfaces. Create design solutions that align with user goals and business objectives. Ensure design consistency and quality across various projects. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects. Experience with user research, prototyping, and usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Understanding of responsive design principles.* Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
