Support Complex network design implementations as well (eg:50:50 split, documentation, standardizing new site build designs for client site both delivery/ Data Centers regionally and globally not just from routing and switching but also on network security.
This role is crucial to support our framework to facilitate communications between the network support team and the ITSDM/ IT Ops team along with strong hold on dealing with client technical and project teams, without backfill it will have severe impact on 24x7 support along with missing critical SLA on both BAU and projects

Incorporated multiple global initiatives including Documentations of projects, network visibility with monitoring, wireless standardization change management.
