<p><strong>Publication date :</strong> Jun 25, 2025, 10:13AM</p><p><strong>Purpose of the job</strong></p> <p>To manage and maintain redhat OpenStack environment and its components.</p> <p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p> <ul><li>Day to day operations of the systems including Systems Administration, Monitoring performance and Enhancement.</li><li>Monitor, Maintain, and troubleshoot of OpenStack Cloud Services, IaaS, and PaaS.</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot integration between OpenStack and other systems.</li><li>Manage, coordinate, and administrate of software upgrades, updates, patches, and hot fixes.</li><li>Create and update the technical documentation for Linux servers and OpenStack environment.</li><li>Work closely with the Backup team to ensure the backup operations with the best practices.</li></ul> <p><strong>Job specification</strong></p> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science from a recognized university.</li></ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <p><strong>Join Our Team: Multiple Seniority Levels Available</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Emerging Talent:</strong> 3-5 years of experience.</li><li><strong>Experienced Professional: </strong>5-9 years of experience.</li></ul> <ul><li>Must have at least 6 years of experience in RedHat OpenStack administration with Advanced setup, Implementation, Configuration, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Familiarity with RedHat OpenShift and RedHat Ansible Automation Platform.</li><li>Monitoring, Maintaining, and troubleshooting of OpenStack Cloud Services, IaaS, and PaaS.</li><li>Manage, coordinate, and administrate of software upgrades, updates, patches, and hot fixes.</li><li>Hands on experience on RedHat Satellite Administration.</li><li>Hands on experience on IBM Cloud Pak.</li><li>Hands on experience on OpenStack Ironic Bare Metal.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Very Good knowledge in Linux/Windows operating systems.</li></ul> <p><strong>Skills and abilities</strong></p> <ul><li>Very good English both spoken and written.</li><li>Very good computer skills.</li><li>Strong Customer Orientation.</li><li>Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.</li><li>Flexibility & ability to work in a team.</li><li>Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.</li><li>High sense of time management.</li></ul><p style="font-family:'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size:20px !important; font-weight:bold!important; margin:0;"> Only your skills matter </p> <p style="font-family:'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size:16px!important; font-weight:normal !important; margin-top:8px;"> Regardless of your age, gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, disability, or appearance, we actively encourage diversity within our teams, as it is both a collective strength and a driver of innovation.
