Job Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure adherence to SOKNA’s policies, regulations, and service standards.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality services by both teams.
  • Evaluate performance regularly and address operational issues.
  • Identify and implement service improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Engage with hospitals and partners to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead the execution of new service initiatives and challenging cases.
Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and support team development.
  • Recruit and onboard new staff, including Assistants, Pallbearers, Drivers, and Field Directors.
  • Work with the Quality department to enhance training and performance.
  • Manage scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely service.
  • Track team performance, handle payment logistics, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on service operations and team performance.
  • Communicate updates and challenges to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management, coaching, or mentoring.
  • 2 to 4 years of prior customer service experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach.

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM: 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Two days off
