About the job Oracle FIN Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Oracle FIN Functional Consultant to support O2C & P2P activities as part of ERP operation team in Oracle EBS environment. The ideal candidate will possess medium expertise in Oracle FIN modules, with experience managing end-to-end life cycle implementations and functional testing in dynamic environments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and map them to Oracle FIN functionalities.
  • Perform O2C & P2P testing activities, ensuring accurate execution and alignment with project goals.
  • Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules in Oracle EBS Environment.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation, including configuration, integration, testing, and support.
  • Identify, document, and resolve issues during testing and implementation phases.
  • Ensure seamless project go-live by coordinating with stakeholders and addressing functional gaps.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams as needed.

Required Skills:


  • Strong expertise in Oracle FIN modules, with specific focus on O2C and P2P processes.
  • Experience working in Oracle EBS environments, with a track record of successful implementations.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end lifecycle management, including testing, implementation, and support.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve functional and technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of experience in Oracle FIN tracks.
  • Oracle certifications in FIN modules are a plus.
  • Prior experience in large-scale project go-live scenarios.
  • Familiarity with Agile or similar project methodologies.
