About the job:
We are seeking a full-time "Outdoor Sales Agent " who will be responsible for achieving sales targets and collections in collaboration with the sales team, while overseeing product delivery from warehouses and managing financial operations related to trader accounts, ensuring the effective execution of the sales and collections strategy.
In this role, you will:
- send trader supply requests to the Commercial Sector Accounts Department to check the client's financial status based on their accounts and balances.
- Follow up on the supply requests with the responsible warehouse officer to ensure that the products are delivered to the traders at the agreed time.
- Monitor traders' product balances to ensure new orders are placed and outstanding amounts are collected to meet sales and collection targets.
- Follow up on resolving traders' and customers' issues with the sales representative and customer service department to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Execute the visit plan to traders to study and analyze product sales movement and the sales of competing products.
- Conduct surveys on competitor product prices in the market within trader showrooms to identify the strongest competitors in the market.
- Supervise and monitors the activities of sales representatives and promoters, ensuring they comply with the plans set for them to ensure the execution of those plans.
- Coordinate with the commercial marketing department to send promotional materials for products to traders, making it easier to promote the products within their showrooms.
