Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job Code:New 2026OPER-669About the Role:This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of working in cross-functional environments to design, implement, and scale initiatives that enhance fleet efficiency, driver quality, and overall brand reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure vehicles are safe, compliant, and operational.
- Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance for diesel and gasoline vehicles.
- Coordinate with workshops and vendors for repairs, inspections, and servicing.
- Track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance records and report deviations.
- Coordinate driver schedules and follow up on adherence to company policies and road safety regulations.
- Support handling of emergency situations such as breakdowns or accidents and escalate when needed.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Assist in incident and accident reporting and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support cost control activities and maintain accurate fleet documentation and reports.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fleet coordination, fleet operations, or a similar role.
- Basic to good technical knowledge of diesel and gasoline vehicle maintenance.
- Experience in coordinating drivers, including scheduling, follow-up, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work under pressure and support the handling of emergency situations effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills with drivers, workshops, and internal teams.
- Basic computer skills, including fleet management systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Logistics or transportation background is preferred.
