The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process within the plant, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Your role will include managing staff, coordinating production schedules, and developing strategies for improving operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
