Key Responsibilities:
Production Management: Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring that production schedules are met while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Operational Efficiency: Monitor and improve line and machine efficiency through continuous assessment and implementation of best practices. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Quality Control: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards; implement quality assurance programs and corrective actions as necessary.
Budget Management: Manage the plant budget, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve operational goals. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational performance.
