Job Summary: EVA Pharma is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager.
This strategic role focuses on optimizing our emerging markets pipeline.
You will drive growth by analyzing market opportunities, aligning commercial strategies, and leading the five-year product launch plan to secure first-to-market success.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to optimize the Emerging markets pipeline, ensuring alignment with global business goals.
Market analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and risks – acts as a sparring partner for the Cluster Head in view of all future business opportunities.
Ensure alignment of pipeline and commercial structure and activities of the Sales Force and commercial teams.
Make data-driven recommendations for cluster-specific portfolio adjustments feeding into the ideation process via a product wish-list.
Work closely with cluster cross-functional teams (Cluster Head, Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Regulatory, Trade) to ensure commercial interest is reflected in offensive project sales forecasts Owns the cluster T+5 launch plan and ensures product pull to accelerate delivery of cluster-specific projects from global functions to ensure priority project timelines for Patex and first to market are met.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy.
An MBA or advanced degree is a plus Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the Global markets pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in portfolio management, business strategy, in-licensing or a related role.
Proven track record of managing Gx product portfolios in the relevant market Proficiency in data analysis tools (IQVIA) and CRM systems.
Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
